Dull day dawned
Posted by: Don on August 8th, 2008Hello Friends,
Well, what can I say Sydneysiders? As those who’ve preceeded me this morning have already noted, she be mighty tiny boys and girls. But for the odd tiny splash of white, the rocks and sea at Dee Why point have something of the aspect of a Japanese formal garden – serene, still, inscrutable – and utterly flat. I’ve loaded a picture of it for your quiet contemplation…
And what you are no doubt contemplating is how you’d really like a wave! Even something like one of these from yesterday’s gallery, would work.
But, sadly, Huey looks as though he’s lost interest in the Tasman for the moment. We may still get a brief, short-period pulse around about Tuesday, but that seems about the best hope for the next little while. Is the big guy softening us up for Spring’s traditional ordinariness?
Go well with your plans one and all!
