Been a strange day for the surf. First thing this morning, flat; then at lunch for about half an hour some chest high sets, then a southerly kicked in and it’s gone and flat again. At 230 it’s not flat but it’s not too nice. S wind around 12 knots is slopping it up and the swell is backing off. Wouldn’t be rushing away from work in hopes of anything special in the water today. Looks like more of the same tomorrow except the wind will be NE then N, strengthening by Sunday to up to 30 knots, unfortunately no increase in swell on the charts that I can see…
