MHL Sydney buoy currently showing S by SSW swell of 3 metres at 8 seconds. Seas are running closer to 5 metres.
Wind is out of the SSW at 15-20 kts. Exposed locations are more like 20-25 kts and steady.
Zee Bureau’s call:
Gale Warning.
Wind: S 20/30 knots reaching 30/35 knots at times. Sea: 2.5 to 3.5 metres. Swell: S/SE 2 to 3 metres.
Thursday: Wind: S 20/30 knots, easing to 15/20 knots in the afternoon. Sea: 2 to 3 metres abating in the afternoon. Swell: SE 2 to 3 metres decreasing.
