Would warn anyone about the 'behvaiours' stuff. Everything I have read and been exposed to in HR over 30 years relating to 'behaviours' is a mixture of lightweight pseudo-psychoanalysis or more likely, complete guff. If you find yourself being sucked into this stuff you are probably a problem as a manager, or have a problem in the guise of your management. Forget everything you ever read about this stuff and work on gut instinct and you will be better off 9 times out of 10.
The 'behaviours' stuff is the stuff most easily faked because it is so lightweight.
Anyways, good luck all, and don't listen to anyone from HR, they are part of the problem, not the solution.

Nice thoughts Nick and I heartily agree with your recume tips.

Would warn anyone about the 'behvaiours' stuff.
