Posted by: Big Ben on May 1st, 2009There was a hint of the coming winter as a morning southwester came up, In Byron Bay Today. Yet the Gumby’s seem to prefer following the cam than looking elsewhere. So they spent all morning bouncing all over the place. Meanwhile back on the beach the crew in the car park were full of conjecture and opinion on when the wind would actually swing. Just when most were about to let it go , it swung around dropped in intensity and went gently offshore. The afternoon session quickly developed into classic autumn Byron bay.
