Byron Bay June 16th 09
Posted by: Big Ben on June 17th, 2009There were whispers and a rumour of a new to come In Byron Bay Today. A hint rounded the cape and teased us with the promise waves in the bay. Those lucky enough to find themselves in Byron were blessed with beautiful weather; the type which lingers in memory for many years to come. But the waves were still small and if you caught the wind in the shade you were quickly reminded that it’s winter here too. Yet in the lee of Cape Byron it was sun sand and warmth with nice scenery. As if that wasn’t enough the swell slowly but surely began to rise. As the day progressed we started to receive some nice little waves. Nothing flash or huge, but lots of fun with a promise of more to come, In Byron Bay Today.
