A few hardly souls are out there this morning battling the conditions. We have had SE and ESE winds all night long of around 10 knots which has left the water very bumpy. Still some quiet clean faces to be found though if you are lucky. The forecast is for these winds to remain throughout the day sadly. Wave hieght is around the waist to shoulder level with the occassional bigger one thrown in for good measure. On the stoke metre I would rank it a 3. I watched some of the girls down at the Beachley classic yesterday ripping it up despite the less than ideal conditions. Its a shame that the weather is so crap this weekend and ruining what could have been a great event. Do not forget that you lost an hour over night so the real time is actually 8:50am as I write this and not 7:50am.
