Well We Have A Winner In Byron Bay Today
Posted on October 12th, 2009 in Byron, Local Colour, surf photography.Well, well, well, we have a winner In Byron Bay Today. G.J. Evans of NSW has contacted us within the twenty four hour alotted time limit. So the $1600 dollars worth of 9’8” Bob Brown Nose Rider has been claimed. A big thanks to Bob Brown Longboards for donating the shaped blank. As for the rest, well Longboard Clinic footed the bill for the glassing and fin and handling. So there you have it folks, we promised you two custom made boards would be given away, and that’s exactly what we did. But don’t panic if you didn’t score one. Because we still have plenty of nice freebees in the kitty to give away. There will also be more Bob Browns up for grabs, even if we have to pay, we’ll still give more away. Why? That’s easy, because it feels good the give, and we like to feel good here, in Byron Bay today. As for today’s update, well folks we good waves and reasonable weather, the surf wasn’t perfect, but it was bloody good fun. The swell had more power in it than we’ve felt for a while, and there much rejoicing and many a smile, In Byron Bay Today. Don’t forget, if you’re hoping to win a board or any other freebees, you need to be and active subscriber of In Byron Bay Today
