Blowin’ In The Wind, In Byron Bay Today.
Posted by: Big Ben on November 23rd, 2009The answers my friends is a,,,,,,, pardon what’s that Bob? I never really could understand a damned word Bob Dylan was singing. Nor do I really know whether the answer really was, A Blowin’ in the Wind? Just about everything else was, in Byron Bay today. There were grommets rolling past like tumble weeds. We’ve got another one of those slow moving southerlies crawling up the coast and, the northerly sucking into it is getting rampant. If it wasn’t nailed down it was heading south the moment your back was turned. There were schoolies walking around in large clumps, just so they didn’t take flight in the stronger gusts. But we’re a strange bunch up here, or at least thwe folks I know are. We don’t seem to mind getting sand blasted as long as there’s a few waves. Which actually there were, sure it was lumpy, bumpy crumbly and twisty. But it was at least breaking, and so we like everyone else, headed for the beach, had a few twisted up slides and made the best of what was on offer before it was blown away, In Byron Bay Today.
