Sausages, Slides & Ice Cream, In Byron Bay Today.
Posted by: Big Ben on December 7th, 2009Summer’s here, town was packed. There were folks out looking for whatever they could for a slide, the barbie’s were sizzling as the smell of sausages wafted across the lineup on a light sea breeze. Kids played, ice creams melted, waves, although small were had, yup it’s summer alright in the bay. It’s still too early in the season unfortunately for the tropical lows to dominate the weather. So for now, it’s only occasional days with light winds. Most days we can expect small swell and strong northerlies. The spring weather pattern tends to hold sway right up until Xmas in Byron Bay. Of course now that I’ve gone on record and said it, Huey will probably do something completely different, and have a jolly good chuckle in the process. Be that as it may, it was quiet simply the kind of day which fills one with gratitude for just being right here and right now, In Byron Bay Today.
