Howling Northerlies, In Byron Bay Today.
Posted by: Big Ben on December 8th, 2009Technically speaking it may not have been a Gale in. But it was pretty damned close, that’s for sure. The swell was small and pretty much just wind bump with bits of wind lump thrown in for good measure. The wind had the sand up and moving at speed, so most folks were more interested in getting out of the sun and finding shelter from the wind as it howled through Byron Bay. The forecasters say we’re in for more of this, although I’m hoping we get a little calm before the storm type weather tomorrow, yet I suspect I hope in Vain. Those who did get out amongst it made the best of it, which is pretty much in line with how we do things here, In Byron Bay Today.
