Is Everyone Happy, In Byron Bay Today?
Posted by: Big Ben on February 11th, 2010We’ve had more than our fair share, and the little whiteboard set have been eagerly gobbling it up, but all swells must come to end. The beachies have still got plenty of thump for the shorty crew. But those who tried to surf the points today on anything other than a log were soon very frustrated as the power and size dissipated considerably overnight. I guess it had to happen sooner or later. Of course the bright side to it all is this. Now that swell has backed off a little, the point’s become logger heaven and the beachies have cleaned up their act for the little whiteboard set. Therefore the crowd is no longer concentrated to one spot, although it’s smaller there’s a whole lot more available choice, and so the end result is that everyone’s happy, In Byron Bay Today.
