Carbon Copy, In Byron Bay Today.
Posted by: Big Ben on July 28th, 2010We seem to be stuck in a bit of a repetitive weather loop at present, in Byron Bay today. No doubt it won’t last forever, nothing ever does. But for a little while now, we’ve had very little swell, and a mixture of random sunshine and showers in the bay. The up side is it’s keeping it nice and quiet. The down side being that at times it’s a little too quiet; many of the crew have gone to ground and are simply staying there until we see a little more swell and sunshine. Sure there’s odd stoic slider, a few young blokes and their dads. Yet many folks have resorted to staying indoors and riding it out. Which is kind of unusual for Byron, as we tend to more be the types that get out no matter what, and play the cards we’re dealt. However it’s been a pretty cold and wet winter that’s for sure, Oh well, we’ll just have to wait to see what tomorrow may bring. I have a feeling somehow that it may be more of the same, as today was pretty much a carbon copy of yesterday, In Byron Bay Today.
