Waves to be had

Hello Friends,

Huey’s bumped up the juice setting a touch. Swell’s out of the south at 2 metres in the Sydney region and around 10 seconds apart. Tide was high around 0700 and will hit the low around 1245. Wind should be benign this morning but is expected to be around to the s-sw by midday. Sets at Dee Why are in the chest to head high range on the bigger ones. It seems somewhat setty, but the lines are long, so I think there should be a few more than a few options along our coast for those fortunate enough to have time for a wave.

From the shape of the WAMs this morning, and the numerous riffs thereon, it’s looking as though we’ll have waves of some description for today and tomorrow before it starts getting a bit more marginal on Thursday and fades to tinyness on Friday. Weekend warriors currently look in with a chance of some small but surfable size south swell on Saturday but Sunday’s shaping up to be a quiet one on the surf front in Sydney.

Go well with your day and get up to some good if you can!
