Glides, Grunts & A Very Big Fish, In Byron Bay Today.

Yes we had it all, a stunner of a morning with some nice little glides through the bay. A repeat offender of a shark that kept menacing the morning crew and then a howling northerly blew in providing some funky grunting little peaks on the open side, in Byron bay today. I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again, it’s that time of year, whales, plenty of bait fish and what surprise sharks. It serves nobody to be overly alarmed yet being blasé about large predacious fish is probably none too bright either. I say treat them with the awe and respect these magnificent creatures deserve. When they come in for close look as they often do, it’s time for a quick cuppa and a few fishy tails. After all they’ll move on before long, then its business as usual, In Byron Bay Today.
