Saturday morning dawned sunny and offshore at Dee Why beach. The crew were on it, and before I went for a surf myself, I shot for an hour from about 0840. I would’ve taken even...Its getting a little bigger at Long Reef this morning. 1 – 2 foot at best. The beach is still empty of surfers (7.10am) mainly because of the strong SW wind making conditions bumpy. Plus the temp has dropped (14c) from yesterdays summery conditions. Looks like the swell maybe on the rise, peaking Thursday.
