"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Small lines, but not zippo

Hello Friends,

Not a bad sort of morning weatherwise, but the swell has definitely faded (as expected) as it has also moved around to the SE. There were small waves to be had at Dee Why for the early risers. The forecast change hadn’t developed at that point and so the goodly size crew were able to catch relatively glassy knee to waist high plus waves. Outlook is for the wind to be more of a factor as the day goes along, but if the swell models are to be believed, we should still have some energy around the place – just don’t go expecting anything massive. However, I note that the average period has dropped to 6 seconds down at Eden, so that just might be our fate as we get into the afternoon hours…

Have yourself a great day!
