Dee Why: Smaller

Posted by: on September 21st, 2012

A bit of brief excitement this morning at Dee Why. Heard a lot of commotion, looked out the window to hear the Westpac helicopter and notice about 5 surf life saving boats and jetskis hooning across the water.  In the end, I think it turned out to be only a training excercise however, even the dolphins got excited, pacing the rescue boats across the bay as their returned tot the beach. Not much happening today in the way of surf. About a foot or so with the Point dead flat at 0900 though there are a few waves further up the beach. Looks like it’ll remain similar for the next week or so.
