wozthatyou.com surf photos: Long Weekend at Curly
Posted by: wozthatyou.com on October 2nd, 2012How good was it? And how many sessions did you get in? My count is three, one for each day of the long weekend!
A combination of some windy but beautiful and sunny weather plus a bit of swell kept everyone happy. We had offshores on Saturday and Sunday with the onshore hacking into proceedings early Monday morning.
Fortunately, this did little to dampen anyone’s enthusiasm as you tell by the looks on everyone’s faces in the shots taken.
Just to recap – Saturday I shot between 1130-130pm when the low cut in; Sunday from 8-11am shooting the curl curl longboarders monthly comp and between 1030-1230pm on Monday.
Here’s hoping you got some for yourself.
Cheers,
Doug

Saturday morning dawned sunny and offshore at Dee Why beach. The crew were on it, and before I went for a surf myself, I shot for an hour from about 0840. I would’ve taken even...
