Lucky Week, In Byron bay Today’s Week In Review.
Posted by: Big Ben on October 29th, 2012Ok so Monday got off to a pretty slow start but apart from that we’ve been really kind of spoilt this week in the bay. Tuesday we saw a reasonable jump in south swell and by Wednesday it had swung easterly and jacked a little further. Thursday morning turned on the best moments before we were slammed with a howling northerly that blew for two days. Friday was a write off by default. By Saturday the southerlies returned yet again and so it continues to go. Fact is as far as the waves are concerned we’ve been pretty luck this last week. We can only hope it lasts a bit longer, but we shall see what comes next, In Byron Bay Today.

Saturday morning dawned sunny and offshore at Dee Why beach. The crew were on it, and before I went for a surf myself, I shot for an hour from about 0840. I would’ve taken even...
What more can you say, but that it was pumping! I shot over 150 pics in an hour from about 415pm on Friday afternoon. I’d already sampled Huey’s wares and was keen to capture...
