Still some SE swell around but down to about 3ft at Manly on the sets. Nice offshore breeze and a dropping tide to a 10:54am low means more morning fun. On Sunday I was up the beaches watching that south swell roll some massive sets into some reefs and thought it looked way bigger than the forecast. Checking the BOM showed a peak at almost 10 meters which explains a lot of what I saw. Severely under forecast I’d say but it’s nice that they get it wrong now and then. Keeps alive the odds of beating the crowds. Anyway get out there and enjoy the last while we go back to 2ft for a while.
