A few snaps taken around 6 this evening. The swell started to ramp up very quickly after lunch, but the tide was too full for it to be felt until later. As the day ended, lots of folk had taken to the water at Dee Why, Collaroy and to a lesser extent Gardens and far north Collaroy. The swell was pretty sectiony and raw though, so if you missed out don’t feel too bad. Tomorrow should be interesting. The Bureau says that swell will be solid from the east and wind should drop off toward daybreak. Tide will be high at about 1130, so the morning sesh is looking pretty promising. Plus it should be mostly sunny and quite warm later in the day.

I hope to get out and about with the camera…

Might not stay up too late tonight…
