Saturday not out of the question

Small but not flat

Hello Friends,

Not exactly booming this morning, but not totally flat either at Dee Why. We have about a metre of mainly SE swell, the saving grace of which is its 10 second period. When I grabbed a shot around 0700, there was a small but hardy crew jagging the odd waist to maybe even chest high thing at the ever productive peak just north of the SLSC. Surface conditions were lightly ruffled and skies were clear. Wind should stay offshore and the swell ought to continue in this low key fashion through the weekend.

Come Monday we could see a fresh south pulse into the shoulder to head plus range at magnet spots. If the swell modelling is right, there should be surf of some sort at south spots through to midweek at least for Sydney.

Have yourself a fun Saturday one and all!
