Sadly uninteresting at Dee Why this morning

Not too flash
Hello Friends,

Not much going on at Dee Why this morning. Hardly surprising given that we’ve only got about a metre of 5 second period ESE wind swell. There really aren’t any waves to speak of. I suppose at a really exposed spot, you might pick up a knee high bomb set every now and then. Wind is out of the easterly quarters today so, on top of everything else, it’s going to be onshore. Lovely.

Ah well, I suppose it makes the inevitable return of waves all the sweeter.

As of this morning, it looks as though we’re facing at least a week of these conditions. Should free up plenty of time for holiday obligations.

Have yourself a chilled Thursday one and all!
