"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Hello Friends,

Very late start for your correspondent. Fortunately no harm done as there really isn’t much going on at Dee Why or over the hill at Curly. Lots of people in the water there, but not for any obvious reason I could see. Sets were struggling to get to waist high and they weren’t too frequent. Grey skies, humid temps and desultory rain drops falling just frequently enough to make you aware of them. Swell’s showing as mainly from the ENE. It’s about 1.5 metres on average out at sea, but the 7 second period means it’s not amounting to much.

Interestingly it looks from the forecasts as though we might possibly have a little activity tomorrow – winds willing – at south swell spots. Tide’ll be coming into a high at around 1030 on Monday morning.

Have yourself a great Sunday!
