Pictures from this morning: DY and Collaroy

Went shooting at the point this morning. Pretty raw and extremely crowded. Here’s a link to the gallery of pics I came back with. Sets were shutting it down every now and then and the rest of the time it was consistently head high to a bit overhead. Had a look at Collaroy later in the morning and can report there was a reasonable crew at Whiterock chasing inconsistent but straight offshore shoulder plus sets. Brownwater also straight offshore and its usual rather soft self with reasonable numbers on it. Sets chest to head high with the odd bigger one. The Kick was similar both in terms of crowds and size, but it seemed less consistent. And Collaroy proper was very busy and waist to chest on the bigger ones, but seemed quite inconsistent. Wind getting pretty strong by late morning and the showers were coming along at regular intervals too.
