"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Small but not so small you can’t catch something, somewhere

Hello Friends,

Small conditions as the shortest day of the year got started along the northern beaches. Swell was out of the SSE at close to 13 seconds apart, so although it was only a metre, wave faces were into the waist plus range. Tide’s low at 0920, so your best shot at a wave will be this morning.

The forecast model interpretations are generally pointing toward a small increase overnight and into tomorrow morning, but the rest of the week seems to be lining up with the Goat’s predictions. The very long range projections are currently offering hope for week after next…

Have yourself a good one and get along to the Nathan Sawyer memorial surf fest at Curly!
