The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf forecast issued Thursday 14 August 2014: Eight day outlook for Sydney:

Friday: in the 1-2 metre range at places that like dead South swell

Saturday: ditto

Sunday: 1-2 metre range East

Monday: surf coming up from the effects of a Low expected to develop and strengthen, but hard to say surf size – looks like a battle between Wind (offshoreish) and Sea (onshoreish) but intenseish short period stuff – sounds more messy than clean to me but we’ll wait and see… say maybe 2 metres East

Tuesday: similar but probably bigger and from the South East

Wednesday: in the 2-3 metre ran

Thursday: 1-2 metres South East

Friday: similar but going down South East

Water temp’s around 17-18
