It always feels so fresh after a good downpour. Apparently it washes the dust out of the atmosphere. Also washes most of the crap off the streets into the surf so watch where you swim. Tiny NE bumps breaking close to the shore on the 7:15am high tide. So smooth I think people are desperate to float. Which you will do a lot of. Maybe as the tide drops but the usual onshores are due.
