The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf forecast issued Thursday 21 May 2015: Seven day outlook for Sydney:

While you were asleep the swell’s come up!  …not necessarily on the beach, but out offshore as its a SSW swell… and it looks like being pretty dead South or SSW for a few days…Then, when the size is expected to be dropping it’s period looks like going up so sets should be coming ashore then form the SE…  Anyhoo…try this on for size:

Friday: maybe could be something in the 1-2 metre range at dead South spots.

Saturday: ditto – I know I know hard to believe with the size offshore but still SW and about 8 seconds, so just can’t see it mysellf

Sunday: ditto

Monday: ditto

Tuesday: hmmm maybe closer to 2 metres on the sets still dead South

Wednesday: up a bit 2-3 metres dead South

Thursday: around 2 metres sets South East

Friday: 1-2 metres South East

Water temp is around 22..
