Stopped by Curly on my morning run and grabbed a shot or two of the situation. Still some chest high set wave faces on the take-offs, but for the most part the catchable ones were closer to waist high. Incoming tide was starting to neutralise the banks and the best surf options at 0815 were in the middle and toward the south end. Getting warm fast too.
