Stormy and junky

Hello Friends,

Lovely morning out there. At 0700 the rain was coming down steadily at RealSurf HQ and wind was SSE at 20-25 kts. The MHL buoy was picking up 4 metres of 10 second S-SE swell at 0300. Tide was low at 0650 and is now coming into the high at 1300. Visibility was too low to see much from the crow’s nest, so I’ll have to wait for things to lift to grab you a pic. Looking at the various cams, it’s pretty much what you’d expect – messy, scudding stuff at the exposed spots and not much getting around into the protected corners.
The Goat’s taken a look at the entrails and, as usual, I can’t see anything to add from my own sources.
I’m planning to be out and about late morning, so expect a picture or two then – if not before.
Oh, and did the site load more quickly for you this morning? It should have because I’ve moved it to a server in Sydney.
Surfing may not be an option today, but keep on smilin’, it’ll be fun again soon!
