Hello Friends,
Definitely a few waist to chest plusses around this morning at 0700 thanks to light winds and 1.5 metres of 9-second east wind swell. Lots of folks in the water from first light of course, so whether it was North Narrabeen or Long Reef or No Man’s, you’d have been sharing with 20 others. Still it was glassy for the daybreak session and the waves had enough energy to be fun looking.
First tide of the daylight hours is the low at 1130 and right on dark it’ll be back to high.
The NE seabreeze should be a factor by 0900 and by around lunch it should start swinging to the south to SE.
I’d say the plan is to get in asap because from this afternoon we’re going to be into southerly conditions with showers and grey skies through to Tuesday morning.

A high pressure system over the southern Tasman Sea is slowly moving east, maintaining a ridge along the New South Wales coast and directing southeast to northeasterly winds across coastal waters. A southerly change will extend along the southern and central coast during Saturday as a cold front and low pressure trough move across the state. The change is expected to stall about the central coast on Saturday evening, before south to southeasterly winds extend through all coastal waters during Sunday.
