Rather gloomy Tuesday morning

dy point
Quiet at the point on foggy grey morning

Hello Friends,

A light SW breeze wasn’t troubling an even lighter SSE wind swell as Tuesday got underway on Tuesday morning. With an average period of less than 7 seconds and a height at sea of only a metre, there really isn’t anything surf like at Dee Why. If you could find something in the knee high range, I reckon you’d be doing very well. Tide is low at 0715 and will be back to a 1.3m high at 1335.
We’re still looking at another few days of flat to marginal conditions according to the models. There’s still the prospect of an uptick late Thursday leading to, potentially, a window of opportunity for something fun on Friday – wind depending…
So have yourself a top old Tuesday and maybe shuffle the calendar around to leave yourself some wiggle room for the end of the week…
