Surf forecast issued Thursday 4 May 2017: Seven day outlook for Sydney:
If you’re somewhere where the South swell has been going straight past, that’ll continue for the next few days. If you’re somewhere open to dead South swell you’ll be happy to know there will be some waves for the next few days. If you’re at either places, it may be too bbigg for you for a few days after that (depending on what a Low expected to happen south of Tassie does)… Is that clear???
Friday: around 1 metre or so at dead South places, and with bigger sets… and elsewhere, what do you think???
Saturday: slightly smaller but ditto
Sunday: less than 1 metre dead South
Monday: coming up from the South with timing and size say around 2 -3, 3+ metres or so, dependent on the formation and track of the aforementioned Low
Tuesday: down slightly ditto
Wednesday: 1-2 or 2+ metres South East (ditto proviso)
Thursday:1-2 metre range East South East, with occasional sets from the North East!
Enjoy.
