Not quite completely flat

Hello Friends,
Less than a metre of 13-sec SSE swell trickling into the beaches this morning saw only a few people in the water chasing the ankle to knee and a bit high bumps. Tide’s a 1.3m high at 0745, which is no doubt decreasing the already limited number of surf options. As the pictures show, conditions were glassy for the early, but we should see the westerly spring up soon. Unfortunately there’s no prospect of the waves picking up today.
Outlook for the coming week is not exciting. Some of the models are showing it staying flat through to Friday-Saturday, but there are a couple saying we might might see something surfable midweek at south spots. That’s where I’m pinning my hopes!
Have a great Saturday everyone
