"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Clean and fading fast this morning

Hello Friends,
Running late, sorry.
Swell had dropped since last night and crowd looks only slightly less intense. Wave faces at Dee Why looked to be in the waist to chest range, but there could well be the odd bigger one that I missed noticing when I grabbed the snaps.
MHL 0700 report said 2.5 metres at 10 seconds from 160°, so it’s gone a touch more south as well.
Wind was WSW 10-15 kts

May get out later with the camera, so check back this evening to see if I found anything of interest…

Have a top old Sunday and surf if you can because the models look dire for the rest of the week and beyond…

Crowded and half the size of last night by 0910
Lotsa two-person waves
Nice section at Kiddies 0910

Weather Situation

A complex low pressure system in the Tasman Sea is moving east toward New Zealand as a strong high over the Bight drifts into western New South Wales, resulting in southerly winds easing during the day. Winds should become easterly in the north and northerly in the south as the high shits to the Tasman Sea by the start of the new weak, then a southerly change will move across the coast on Tuesday in association with a cold front that slips to the south. This change will be followed by another high pressure system from the west, with generally stable conditions expected for the remainder of the week.
