Hello Friends,
Swell’s lost another 30cm overnight and was sitting on a metre at 12 seconds from the SE-SSE (152°). The long period meant clean lines in the waist high range along the beach and at the point. Wind was a light westerly as of 0930 (it should pick up a bit but basically stay offshore most places). Tide hit low at 0720 and is now filling into a moderate 1l.4m high at 1330. Water temp is a nice but disturbing 22C and water quality is good.
From the look of the models, this morning could be just about it as both the ECM and Wavewatch models are showing flat to near flat through the rest of the week.
Get a few if you can and have a great day!
Weather Situation
A broad high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will maintain a ridge toward the New South Wales Coast over the outlook days, although the ridge will occasionally be displaced to the north by a series of fronts brushing the southern parts of the state, one on Monday and the other one on Thursday.
