Smooth lines

Hello Friends,

Chilly morning under clear skies but there were waves into the shoulder high range on the bigger sets at focal points. Thanks to a light WNW breeze the 1.8 metre dead south 10-11 second period swell was looking super glassy. The lines are nice and long, so the open stretches will be seeing lots of shutdown action. Tide was heading to the 1000 high of 1.53 metres. It’s back to the low at 1545 when the wind is likely to have come up from the SE.

The Goat’s forecast is proving accurate as always. Sunday looks like being offshore early but it’ll be cloudy with a chance of showers and the wind is expectred to be southerly by noon. Should be good size though, maybe even a bit bigger than today…

We look like having waves through to mid-week at this stage, so that’s a good thing.

Have a great Saturday!
