Micro and sunny morning at Dee Why

Hello Friends,
A beautiful morning to start Thursday. Wind was lightly offshore and skies were cloudless, but alas, as the pictures show, Huey doesn’t have anything for us to play with at Dee Why. Swell out at sea is 1.2 metres at 10 seconds, but it’s straight south and therefore missing the joint. Water is on 19C and the next tide is a high at 1000.

The Goat will be along later with his usual look at the surf prospects for the weekend and beyond. A quick scan of the prospects does not leave me overly hopeful however. Maybe he’ll see something encouraging for the coming week…

Have a top old Thursday everyone and go well!

Pretty morning, but no surf

Hopefuls in the water at DY around 0650
