Waves on tap for those able

Hello Friends,
Hope you’e well this morning. Keep washing those hands, coughing into your sleeves, maintaining space, avoiding crowds (second nature for surfers!) and don’t touch your face. As a 67 year old geezer, I thank you.
On the surf front there’s good news for those of you who aren’t rattling around at home on isolation like your webmaster. Wind early was a light offshore and swell is 1.9 metres at 9 seconds apart from the ESE, so Dee Why beach is shoulder high on sets. It’s looking peaky too, so lots of options I’d say. The point is a bit smaller and less consistent, but it’s producing as well.
Tide is dropping to the low at 1030. It’ll be back to high at 1630. Water is 22C and generally suss because of the rain from Northy to the Bower.

Outllook is for surf intensity to stick around at about what it is now through today and then to maybe intensify as we get more energy from the east for a couple of days.

Be good!

Set at the point 0800
