"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Drizzle and tiny for Tuesday morning

Hello Friends,
Another ‘you gotta be keen’ morning for Sydney surfers. Too murky for a pic from RealSurf HQ, so will add later, but it’ll be for the record than inspiration to get some water time. Waves look to be in the ankle to knee high range, so you aren’t missing anything significant.
As of 0730 wind was SSW at 9-17 kts and the chop out at sea was 1.6 metres from the SSW (196°) at 4-5 seconds.
Swell is set to push up gradually today and tomorrow morning should see hammering southerlies and a 2+ metre mix of south and east swell energy. Thursday morning looks a bit more hopeful with light wind early, sunnier skies and a couple metres of 9-second SE to east swell energy.
Go well everyone and stay safe.

UPDATE

Stopped by Manly to discover fun looking little glassy peaks perfect for mal riding. Not sure about water but man those little peepers looked fun – for the right equipment.

Weather Situation
A southerly change will move north along the coast today, with a low pressure system deepening offshore of the south coast. A high pressure system over the Great Australian Bight will extend a weak ridge along the east coast temporarily following the change, before another strengthening high near New Zealand will result in increasing northerly winds on Thursday.
