Long lulls between small sets

Hello Friends,

Broken cloud and light westerly breezes from early meant smooth surface conditions were still in place when I checked it after 0900. There was a hopeful crew sitting at the point, but it appeared that the knee-high plus sets were few and far between. Swell direction out at sea is still dead south and only a 1.5 metres at 8 seconds. So, if you’re super keen, check in at your go-to south magnet and you might find a little something.

A head’s up that the Surfrider Northern Beaches crew has a board-swap today at Surfrider Gardens from 10-4. Might be a good opportunity to upgrade, cross-grade, sell, swap or give away those boards accumulating dust in your garage.
