"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Another sunny morning with light offshores

Hello Friends,

Sunny, offshore and waist to chest-plus wave faces for those with a hole in their schedule. Wind was still westerly at 0900 and the swell at sea was registering at 1.6 metres from the south with peak periods of 12 seconds. So it was a bit setty, particularly at the point, but surfers weren’t waiting long for another wave. Tide was a modest 1.4 m high at 0800 and is currently dropping to the equally modest 0.6m low at 1335.

We’ll see what the Goat has to say later, but my quick read of the conditions is that we should continue to have light offshores in the mornings and some small south energy for the next few days at least.

So get out there and jag one for me (still on the injury bench, but hoping for next week).

Go well.
