Curly no good but Vicco has been going off

1-2 feet of crud at Curly at the mo.  Water is warming up though.  Had a cracker at Winki/ Bells in VIC yesterday with 3-4 foot waves, offshores, long period (14-16 secs) swell and small crowds at low tide-it felt like a cold superbank.  Apparently Saturday was better.  Best surf I’ve had in two months and that included 3 weeks in Bali/ Mentawais and a month in Sydney- kind of sad really.  Water was cold at 14 but it didn’t stop a 4 hour session. Enjoy.

More mush- I’m leaving the state and heading south to swell!

1-2 foot mush at Curly but I’m Vicco trying my luck at Bells and Winki- Brrrrr- will try to post some piccies tomorrow and Monday if the swell holds up. Vicco has been going off it’s nana for the past month with long period south swells consistently lashing the coast.  Not sure how I’ll brave the water temp, a mate said yesterday, “It’s up to 14 or 15 now and I’m not wearing booties.”   No doubt hypothermia set into his brain. Think I’ll be wearing mine.  Enjoy.
