on thursday at 6 pm: barely one-foot lines at our rivermouth point – long, graceful, but deeply disappointing – calm atmospheric conditions, beneath mostly low cloud ceiling – estevan point, some 200 km up the coast (50km further than tofino), showed a nice 4 foot ridge last night on cam – a bit murky right now at 430 am – hurrah ! strong marine wind warning in effect at our straits mouth – winds southeast to 25 knots – please stay tuned ….
