Couple pics from high tide Manly

High tide was doing a number on the waves at Manly this morning. The swell was/is fun size, the wind was from a good direction and the weather was nice. It wasn’t even super crowded on the Manly scale. However, the banks seem to be pretty subtle and with all the water over them the closeout ratio was almost as bad as south Narrabeen. Still, there were a few to be made and there was fun to be had. Don’t regret for a second getting in! According to the MHL buoy, the swell’s gone more SSE since the sun came up… still about 1.5 metres on average and 9 seconds apart.
