"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

For those who like to sit and paddle on the ocean

FYI…

The Oceanseries, which last year became part of the world circuit, kicks off at Dee Why Beach this month and culminates with the gruelling 20 Beaches Ocean Classic in December. Last year this race attracted Australia’s best paddlers, as well as six of the top ten paddlers from the 2008 Dubai Shamaal, which is the biggest and richest ocean ski race in the world.

Prizes and cash of more than $45,000 will be up for grabs thanks to Bing Lee and LG, two new sponsors of the Oceanseries ski races being hosted by Surf Life Saving Sydney Northern Beaches.

This new sponsorship in association with Epic Kayaks, and the addition of one more event at Bondi Beach, now makes this year’s event the country’s biggest ski series on the surf life saving calendar.

Prizes will include six trips to the Molokai ski race in Hawaii courtesy of Lifestyle Financial Services, $1000 vouchers from Epic Kayaks, paddles, covers and ski gear thanks to Bennett Surf Boards and sporting magazines from Ultrafit.
