Too dark to see as I write this, so here’s the latest from the Bureau until I get back with some pics and details…

Swell is south at 2 metres on a period of 9 seconds, with some 11 second stuff in the mix. No sign of the models’ projected 12-14 sec.

Tides: Low @1120, H @1725
Sydney Coastal Waters, Broken Bay to Port Hacking and 60nm seawards:
Thursday until midnight: Wind: E/SE 5/10 knots, tending NE and increasing to 13/18 knots in the afternoon, and reaching 15/20 knots later.Sea: less than 1 metre, rising to about 1.5 metres.Swell: S about 2 metres, decreasing to 1.5 metres late afternoon or evening.
Friday: Wind: N/NE 13/18 knots. Winds inshore N/NW 8/13 knots during the morning.Sea: 1.5 to 2 metres, although about 1 metre inshore during the morning Swell: S 1 to 1.5 metres tending E.
Saturday: Wind: Morning S’ly change 10/20 knots, becoming SE/NE 5/15 knots in the afternoon/evening..
