"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Dee Why: Grey and small, but not flat

It’s not exactly what you’d hope spring would be like, but however we’d like to forget, it’s typical for October in Sydney: Summertime one day, winter the next. Two punters on the Point hooking into a few waist high relatively mushy ones, but they do seem to be having a bit of fun.  The charts are suggesting a steady decline in swell over the next few days so if you’re keen to get a wave in in the near future, you might want to consider sooner rather than later.  Saw a couple of whales out behind the Point earlier this morning but they were gone before I could get the camera set up. I suspect that this’ll about the end to whale sightings as they head south for the summer. Cheers, Rob
